Each one comes packaged on a backing card and in cellophane (feel free to request no packaging).

Unless stuck in traffic or chasing a rogue pigeon, orders are sent out within 5 working days. Please allow 7 working days before you get in touch should you not have received your FLAPS OUT.
If you are ordering now you will receive your FLAPS OUT before 12th December (maybe earlier) in time for Christmas. If more urgent let me know (email admin@FLAPSOUT.com).
I will pack your order with love (and appropriate wrapping), then send it off via Royal Mail. We are currently only delivering to the UK.
£2 P&P will be added for all orders.

Returns
If your order isn’t quite what you expected, don’t panic—we’re not flappy about returns. You’ve got 14 days to FLAP it back, Please send an email to admin@FLAPSOUT.com titled “flapitback”.
If there is a little issue with your product, please email me admin@FLAPSOUT.com., it might be easier to fix it through a quick chat.
