🛵 Delivery: We won’t hang about —unless we’re stuck in traffic or chasing a rogue pigeon. Orders are sent out within 4 working days, and we’ll let you know if there’s a hiccup.

 

💷 Pricing:  We like our pricing like we like our pancakes: flat and fair. No hidden fees, no funny business—just good value for great stuff.

 

📦 Postage & Packaging: We will pack your order with love (and appropriate wrapping), then send it off via Royal Mail or courier. Shipping costs depend on how many FLAPS OUT products you’re ordering and where you live.

 

🔁 Returns & Refunds: If your order isn’t quite what you expected, don’t panic—we’re not flappy about returns. You’ve got 14 days to send it back, and we’ll refund you faster than you can say “flapitback.”
